Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you agree to:

- Submit genuine RFQs.
- Make purchases in good faith.
- Review product details before ordering.
- Pay applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges.
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers agree to:
- Maintain accurate product listings.
- Use genuine product photos whenever possible.
- Respond to RFQs professionally.
- Honor quoted prices and agreed terms.
- Ship products within agreed timeframes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Verified Supplier Program
ZBAYE offers a supplier verification program to help build trust within our marketplace.
Verification confirms that certain business information has been reviewed by ZBAYE. However, verification does not guarantee:
- Product quality
- Product authenticity
- Financial stability
- Delivery performance
- Future business conduct
Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before completing transactions.
Product Listings
Suppliers are responsible for all content they publish, including:
- Product descriptions
- Part numbers
- Photos
- Pricing
- Availability
- Warranty information
ZBAYE reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate our marketplace policies.
Request for Quote (RFQ)
Buyers may submit RFQs when a product is unavailable or when multiple supplier quotations are desired.
Submitting an RFQ does not create a binding contract.
Suppliers are solely responsible for the quotations they provide.
Orders & Payments
Orders placed through the marketplace are subject to supplier acceptance.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment processing may be handled by approved third-party payment providers.
Shipping & Logistics
Shipping services may be arranged through ZBAYE or third-party logistics providers.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, inspections, and import regulations.
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility depends on the individual supplier’s return policy.
Supplier subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation unless required by applicable law.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once shipment has begun.

Marketplace Rules
Users may not:
- Sell counterfeit products
- Misrepresent products or services
- Submit fraudulent RFQs
- Interfere with website operations
- Upload malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in illegal or deceptive activities
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, website design, and content displayed on ZBAYE remain the property of ZBAYE or their respective owners.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
ZBAYE provides a marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers.
Except as required by law, ZBAYE is not responsible for:
- Supplier misconduct
- Product defects
- Shipping delays
- Customs delays
- Lost profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to ZBAYE for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Your use of ZBAYE is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
ZBAYE may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
